Moss is proud to provide interior graphics solutions for Carhartt’s flagship Detroit store and more than two dozen company-owned stores across the U.S. For experiential graphics rollouts, Moss provides Illuminedge™ Lightboxes and backlit graphics as well as Moss Groove™ single- and double-sided SEG fabric graphic panels. The Detroit flagship, designed by RGLA, earned first place in VMSD's Retail Renovation Competition for Conversion-Sales Area Under 10,000 S.F.
With iron, wood, and thick glass among the furniture and fixture materials found in Carhartt stores, the interior graphics similarly highlight senses of heritage, heaviness, hard work and weathering. Graphics are showcased in various small, medium and large sizes, including an approximate 6’x5.5’ size for both backlit and non-backlit graphics.
The effect is a surrounding feeling of proven high-quality – a legacy solidly in place since the Carhartt brand was born in Detroit back in 1889. Furthering the sense of place, Carhartt's Detroit flagship resides in 4,000 sq. ft. of an historic 1928 Art Deco building on the National Register of Historic Places.
